Lights in the Attic Wedding Films- Just announced! IN [FOCUS], the wedding cinematographers go-to video event of the year, will be held at the beautiful Royal Sonesta Hotel on Bourbon Street January 24th to the 26th. Yours truly is a guest blogger on the IN [FOCUS] website and will be making the trip to hang out with the most talented wedding cinematographers in the world! As you can tell, I am super excited about this and it will be my first holiday in over two years! Watch out Big Easy, Haners is coming!!!

I’m a bit late with this post, but better late than never, right?!
On Thursday, July 8th, Oregon Bride Magazine had their annual “Best of” Bridal Awards and Fashion show. It was a goal of ours last year to win here, and worked toward it all year long with paying attention to what the bride and groom wanted out of their wedding film.
It didn’t take long into the evening, when the Editor picks started the awards- and low and behold- OUR NAME WAS CALLED!!!
We are so humbled and proud of this small, yet significant accomplishment.
Thank you to our brides and groomsmen. Without you to document your very special day, we wouldn’t be doing this.
It’s not about making money in this business. It’s about building relationships, whether it be with our clients or with our fellow professionals. We want to thank everyone who helped in getting us to our goal. THANK YOU!!!

Lights in the Attic Wedding Films- I can honestly say that I LOVE to shoot weddings on the beach! They are absolutely stunning. Mother Nature is at her best and on display! Nicole and Cody’s wedding on the beach and outside of the Pelican Pub & Brewery in Pacific City was on a gorgeous late June afternoon. The inn that they were hunkered down getting ready had amazing views of Haystack Rock and the rest of the area.

Lights in the Attic Wedding Films- Another one of our signature love story films. Nicole and Cody will be getting married right on the beach in Pacific City at the Pelican Pub. What makes it special to Nicole and Cody is that this is where Cody proposed to Nicole as well.
Love Stories are my favorite part of our wedding packages, from filming to editing. I get to listen to the bride and groom tell their complete story of the relationship. Every story is so different and amazing, and centered around the love between two people. Nicole and Cody are no different. Two young people who found love in Cheney and are trying to get their career jobs in the same field. These two are meant for each other. This weekend culminates in their wedding. Children, a Harley Davidson, and retirement are but a few of the pieces of the couple’s future that is discussed here in the love story.
